Are you a Salsa dancer -- or are you learning Salsa โ€” but have little or no experience of Son and/or Cuban Rumba? Would you like to learn some new fun moves and improve your style?
Then this course is for you! ๐Ÿ˜Š

Returning students: In this second season you will be able to recap, practice and study the transitions of Rumba and Son and continually improving your musicality, coordination, body memory and personal style

New discoverers: Have you been to a few Cuban night and events and you like the fashion of mixing those three styles but you find it little difficult or you still donโ€™t feel that confident? Then this course is for you too! ๐Ÿ˜Š

The aim of this course is to work on the TRANSITIONS from one style to another so you are all able to switch style in tune with the music and in a smooth and stylish manner by the end of the course, whatever your initial level! ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ”ฅ

We will start from the basic steps of Son and Rumba and will learn how to integrate them into Salsa. We will then work on different steps and routines every week so you can all learn something new and have fun each time, whether you can make the whole course or not.

As always, weโ€™ll work both on technique (rhythm, body isolation, shoulders-torso- hips coordination) and musicality (identifying when to improvise drawing on your repertoire of Cuban steps and moves). ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡บ๐ŸŽถ

This is also a great opportunity to learn more about Cuban dance culture....not to mention the fact that itโ€™s a really fun way to get fit and tone up too, of course! ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ƒ
